It is noteworthy that the exhibition was held in cooperation with the Technical Center for Automotive Test Equipment, which held a specialized exhibition for the latest technologies, technology and devices used for this on the grounds of the car workshop, as well as with the Chinese Changan Automotive Company, which reviewed a large number of its latest production of modern cars on the ground The external arena of the center, and the exhibition was also held in cooperation with Al-Majdood Company ((Dewalt Tools Co. in Iraq)), which held an exhibition specialized in the specialized numbers of Dewalt International Company on the grounds of the car workshop in the center.. Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wissam Hamid Alawi, Director of the Training and workshops Center , the Women Empowerment Unit held a workshop on the concept of gender (gender) in the car workshop hall of the center, during which the chief engineer, Zina Al-Sabbagh, in charge of the Women Empowerment Unit, presented At the university, a brief lecture on the most important themes of gender. The students from different specializations discussed with the lecture the importance of the topic and the importance of applying justice between men and women and striving by all means to present ideas that serve society and the family. 

On Tuesday, 6/9/2022, the Women Empowerment Unit at the University of Technology, in cooperation with the Training and workshops center , held a workshop entitled (Women’s Leadership Skills). The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Jaf, Head of the Elaf Media Training Center, and the workshop included training on the skills needed by women leaders and honoring a number of creative women participating in this workshop.

The scientific assistant to the president of the university, Prof. Haider Abdel Dahad, visited the training and workshops center to inspect the process of registering new students for the first stage and the regularity of work in the center. The scientific assistant was received by the assistant professor, Dr. Wissam Hamid Alaiwi, director of the Training and workshops Center, and a number of the center’s teachers and trainers. The scientific assistant and the director of the center met the new students for the first stage inside the center’s workshops during the visit, and they were briefed on the process of guiding and introducing new students to the center’s working system. And the instructions that they are required to apply to complete the process of systematic training and public safety inside the center’s workshops, as well as explaining the training curriculum for the center’s workshops during this academic year. At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdel Dahad, the scientific assistant to the university president, thanked the center’s management and teaching and training staff for the good organization and reception he found for the students. And the accuracy of the process of distributing them to the workshops, despite the increase in the number of admissions for students during this year.
